Sales are fantastic, service team not so much, very disappointed. Last time I booked in couldn’t fix the problem and promised to get back to me when they spoke to the tech team..haven’t. This time, I’ve booked car in for MOT, I’ve turned up and it’s not booked in, gotta sit here potentially for 3 hrs now while they fit it in. Extremely disappointed….I have since received excellent service from Kia, they have bent over backwards to sort my car and particular thanks to Stephanie, so I’ve changed my review to 5 stars.
