I made a used car purchase remotely, never saw/drove the car in person. Ahsan accurately described the condition, history and provided photos of the car. He was helpful throughout the sale, keeping me up to date, and gave me a couple of follow up calls since I’ve had the car to make sure I was happy. Thank you team Premier Car, it’s been a pleasure.

Really good service, would definitely recommend

Had an amazing experience buying a car from Premier. Rana answered every question I had and also showed me how to use the controls on the new car. Always had bad experiences buying cars but Rana and Fallon made the experience easy and straight forward.

Excellent Service

Big thanks to Neil Whittaker and the team for pulling out all the stops out to get the Picanto serviced, Mot'd and delivered to us promptly.
Unfortunately due to health mobility issues we were unable to keep the car and will need an automatic.
I contacted Neil, and after I explained the difficulty we were having, he understood and immediately arranged for the car to be picked up asap from our home by car transporter.
Hoping that they can find us a suitable similar automatic. Real shame because the car is excellent in every other way.

This is the second car I've bought from kia premier rochdale and the 4th kia I have owned. I've been to many car dealerships over the years and always been put off by the pushy sales people. The staff at kia rochdale are not like that all they are so relaxed and friendly and put you at ease immediately. I dealt with ayub this time who was brilliant ..and made the whole process of buying a car so much easier and a pleasant experience. They also gave me a really fair price on part exchange....Couldn't ask for more. Thanks I'll be back again when I upgrade.

Extremely Professional, Great Customer Service

Premier Kia is an extremely professional organisation with some fantastic people. I would like to put a shout out to Chloe who helped us with everything we needed when purchasing our new Kia Sportage. Oh and also the added bonus of delivery to our home 100 miles away at no cost and a free full tank of fuel. Now that is real customer service. Thanks guys.

Excellent experience

In over fifty years of dealing with the motor trade, and being the first time I have purchased a car online, unseen other than pictures, untested, to say I was a little apprehensive was an understatement from me. I must say however this has been the most pleasant experience I have ever encountered, from my initial inquiry with Ahsan Chattha the sales executive, who handled the sale in association with his manager Fred Ajmi , the deal was negotiated amicably without any pressure whatsoever. On collection day I was very impressed, from the moment I arrived on site I was warmly welcomed, the car was displayed in pristine condition and I was invited to test drive, all this done in a friendly informal manner albeit under Covid-19 restrictions. After completing the necessary paperwork I had a very enjoyable 230 mile journey home, yes it could have been delivered but I chose to collect. I wish Fred and his team good luck for the future. My experience of buying an ex-demo vehicle from Premier Kia was by far the best sales experience I have ever had. Neil was outstanding from start to finish. I have purchased quite a few cars from dealers and this was a real refreshing experience. At no point was I pressured into making a purchase and each of my many questions were answered accurately and promptly.

The car was delivered all the way to the South East free of charge on a transporter and was as new. The delivery driver talked me through the controls of the car and ensured I was comfortable with the car before leaving.

I would not hesitate to buy another car from Premier Kia - Massive thank you to Neil!

Genuine nice chap

Keith Bailey was the most knowledgeable and professional car sales chap I have come across, in all the years I have been buying cars for my personal use which I am now into my 10 th new car, it is the first time I haven’t had to walk out of the door in disappointment, well done Keith there is a lot to be said about dealing with personal that are mature in the way you deal with selling a cars. I hope you are around for many years to come because it is very hard to find staff in the car trade that do really care and Keith is certainly one of those.

After spotting the Advertisement on Auto trader I phoned Premier and spoke to Fred who was very helpful and friendly, answering all questions I asked. On visiting Premier to view and test drive the vehicle I was greeted by Ahsan Chattha, who showed me around the vehicle thoroughly and arranged the test drive. Following the test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle, Ahsan could not have been more professional and helpful in getting the vehicle ready for me drive away a few days later. I would like to say a huge thank you to Ahsan and all the team at Premier Hyde, I highly recommend buying and dealing with them.

This is the first time I have bought a car online after only seeing pictures. The buying process was very easy and Ahsan who was the trader I dealt with and Fred were very helpful and answered all my questions and kept me fully informed with what was happening. Due to coronavirus restrictions I opted to have the car delivered and Ahsan bought it and collected my part exchange at the agreed time and also cleaned the car on arrival. The car was as described and in excellent condition. I have contacted them since the purchase and the after sales has also been excellent. I would recommend Premier Mitsubishi.

Excellent sales staff

Excellent sales staff. I bought a Mazda 3 at this dealership in October 2017 and Brian Waterworth was excellent. Very helpful - arranged for the car to be viewed under cover on a wet day, given plenty of time to look around the car, offered a test drive, etc. Brian is very easy to deal with - no pressure, straight talking, no nonsense or sales patter. One slight negative is that when I collected the car it had been fitted with cheap chinese tyres when I had requested replacement mid-range tyres as part of the deal. To his credit Brian arranged for some Pirellis to be fitted the following week along with some other minor things to be put right - he even sent me to a wheel alignment specialist down the road (at his cost) for a 4 wheel alignment to be done on the car when the dealership mechanic struggled to do the job properly. Brian seems genuinely concerned that things are done right and the customer is happy. Top bloke. Highly recommended.
