FAQs around the lockdown

Can I still visit the showroom?

Yes, for a pre-booked service, repair or MOT.

For viewing a car we are offering online and virtual appointments. bespoke video and car presentations are available with a member of the sales team. On collection of your vehicle you are invited to inspect it further, should it not be up to your expectation, we can offer the option to change or cancel your purchase.

What about a test drive?

These are currently unavailable but can be arranged for when we reopen.

How will my car be cleaned before I take delivery?

After the usual car valet, all cars will receive a sanitisation cleanse.

Can I talk to someone?

Yes! Behind our website is a team of real people who are available to help. We also have a handy Live Chat function on our website for out of normal hours. Or if you would prefer you can request a call back, or a face to face virtual appointment.

Can I see the vehicle in person?

Not at this time, however, please be assured buying a vehicle online from Premier is safe. Every used car is mechanically inspected and checked against the HPI database, which verifies its history and mileage. You also have 14 days from delivery of the car for a no quibble return should you decide it is not as you expected.

Is home delivery available?

We are offering FREE home delivery subject to availability. Or you can collect from our dealerships.

Is service operating as usual?

We are open for service, repairs and MOT testing, but by appointment only. We also offer free collection and delivery for servicing
