We want to discover a Kia Genius / Sales Trainee

Purpose of Job;

With a passion for new products, technology and customer service, you will play a key role at Premier Kia.

Your expertise gained in all Kia product and in-car technologies will enhance the customer experience when contacting the Premier showroom.

You will assist our customers to select a Kia car that bests suits their wants in a non-pressurised environment.

You will work effectively with the rest of the dealership team, bringing skills and knowledge that will inspire customers, build commitment and loyalty and ultimately increase sales.

You will engage in training with the Kia Academy to build your experience, and learn in the showroom from your fellow team members. The skills and experience gained should lead your career path into a sales advisor position with OTE of 50k+ our expectation.


Key Responsibilities;

Being a first point of contact for our visitors whether in the showroom or when responding to digital enquiries.

To share your knowledge with customers, using available resources and your own initiative to grow an understanding of Premier, Kia products and technologies, as well as developments across the automotive industry.

Listen to customers to understand their needs, questions and aspirations in a non-pressurised, non-threatening sales environment.

Support off site events, always acting as an ambassador of Premier Kia.

Complete product presentations, test drives, and vehicle handovers. Enhancing the customer experience at every point of contact.

Recognise and deal with any customer queries, issues or expressions of dissatisfaction in a positive and professional way.

Maintain showroom presentation, including vehicles on display, point of sale materials, and ensure demonstrator cars are clean, fuelled and available.


Person Specification;

Confident, dynamic and engaging.

First class communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Achieved a minimum GCSE in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).

Passion for technology, gadgets, IT. And an understanding of websites and smart phones.

Flexible regarding the working week.

Full UK driving licence.
