At Premier Automotive we always believe in transparency and would like to provide an update on the status of new car supply to our showrooms.
Production of many new cars has been affected by numerous and complex, global supply constraints, which in turn have affected the supply of certain key components to our manufacturers plants. These include but aren't just limited to semi-conductor chips used in the electronic components.
This situation is causing production lead times of some models to be longer than normal and we are continuously looking at alternative solutions to minimise the impact and enable us to deliver vehicles as quickly as possible. For certain models in our range we are pleased to continue deliveries within more normal time frames.
However the global situation is currently fluid and may mean that a suggested lead time for delivery could still change even after we have placed the order with the factory.
Our sales team are on hand to advise on the current status of any order. We have ensured they have access to the latest available information regarding a vehicle order. As such any customers with concerns should contact their sales advisor via firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are approaching the end of your current finance agreement you should contact any of our sales team, or visit the showroom, where we can be there to support you in looking at all options open to you.
