NEW CAR SUPPLY TO OUR SHOWROOMS

Here at Premier we always believe in transparency and would like to provide an update on the status of new car supply to our showrooms.

Production of many new cars has been affected by numerous, and complex, global supply constraints, which in turn affected the supply of certain key components to our manufacturers plants. This includes but is not limited to the semi conductor chips used in electronic components.

This situation is causing production lead times on some of our models to be longer than normal and we are continuously looking at alternative solutions to minimise the impact of this and deliver vehicles as quickly as possible. For cretain models in our range we are pleased to continue deliveries within our normal lead times.

However this global situation is currently fluid and may mean that a suggested lead time for delivery could still change even after a new car order is placed by us. Our sales team are on hand to advise on the status of any order. We have ensured they have access to the latest information regarding a vehicle order so any customer with concerns should contact their sales advisor via sales@premier-car.co.uk.

If you are  currently approaching the end of your finance agreement you should contact one of the sales team, or visit us in the showroom, and we will be on hand to support you by explaining the options open to you.
